Wendy and Dave rented a golf cart and took off to explore GTC. I sucked it up and got started diagnosing the coolant leak. Checked sea strainers, belt tensioning, all the hoses, impeller, etc. Nothing. Being that I am not a diesel tech, I called the local Caterpillar Authorized dealer, M&E Ltd. Yes, they can send a technician to GTC, but the tech in Marsh Harbor, is overloaded so they will fly one in (from Nassau). Guess who pays for that! Anyway – tech will not arrive until the weekend, or Monday at the latest. So, I guess we’ll enjoy GTC for now. Wendy & Dave returned around 16:00 with some great stories about their day. We took the golf cart over to Pineapples for Happy Hour, 2 for 1, drinks. From there we saw a spectacular sunset. Back to the boat where Wendy made Indian chicken over Basmati rice. Tasty!
